PLACING
AN ONLINE ORDER
There are hundreds of pages
featuring thousands of products on our website. When you wish to make a
purchase, add the required item/s to the shopping basket. When you are ready to
enter your purchase details (i.e. name and address, card details etc), please
click on Order Checkout.
As there are many products on the
website, you may or may not find it difficult to locate certain products. Use
the search facility at the top of each page to find products by keywords, part
numbers etc. Use the manufacturer menu to find products of a certain type or by
a particular manufacturer.
Orders placed before noon, will be
processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time may be processed on the
next working day.
When placing an online order, you
will receive an order reference number. Please use this to enquire about the
order process.
We reserve the right to refuse to
process orders should we feel that they are of a fraudulent nature.
You may cancel an order providing
that it has not been dispatched unless a special order has been made.
Cancellations must be done by calling 01132 452 311 during office hours. Please
do not email order cancellations, as these may not be accepted.

METHODS
OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY Think Electro
We accept various payment methods,
which include Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, bank transfer and
cheque.
Your card will be charged for your
order shortly after the order is placed. If you pay by cheque, please forward it
to Think Electro 56 North Street, Leeds. West Yorkshire. LS2 7PN. Your
order will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared in our bank
account.

SECURE
PAYMENT DETAILS
Your order and payment details are
left on a secure server, which only we have access to. If you are in any doubt,
please ensure that the secure lock symbol appears on your browser to verify
that it is secure.
Your credit card details are kept
only long enough to process your order; therefore if you order again, details
will need to be resubmitted.
GUARANTEES
AND WHAT IS COVERED
All products carry a guarantee of at
least one year from date of purchase (except 2nd hand and some ex demonstration
items which will specify a different period of guarantee if
applicable)
Some products carry further
guarantees of 2 or 3 years, details are displayed with the item.
Items that are not covered under
guarantee are consumables (i.e. faders, lamps, batteries, turntable belts, styli
and cartridges). If you experience problems with any of these items,
replacements are usually available by calling our sales team on 01132 452 311 or
emailing sales@think-electro.co.uk.
If you receive a faulty product,
please notify us at your earliest convenience. If it is in excess of 14
days, the onus is on you to cover the costs of the return to our selves. Where a
replacement is not available (i.e. because manufacturer cannot supply, or end of
line etc) an equivalent replacement may be offered or refund made.
If a product falls faulty during its
guarantee period, please call us on 01132 452 311. In some cases faults can be
diagnosed and even solved over the telephone thus saving the inconvenience of
returning your product. If you do need to return the item you will be given
returns reference. Please use the usual address and ensure that the returns
reference is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Goods will be assessed on site as to
whether repair can be undertaken in house or at the manufacturer. We will
endeavour to return the item/s to you as quickly as we can.
MAKING
A RETURN?
Should you be unsatisfied with a
product you have purchased from us, it can be returned within 7
days.
You will get a refund of what you
have paid (less our delivery costs of getting the product to you) by the payment
cheque.
In order to get a refund, items must
be unopened and unused, and in their original packaging.
We are sorry but consumable items
and CDs (both audio and CD+G) cannot be returned, this also includes stylus and
cartridges.
Sorry no refunds for special or out
of stock orders which have been ordered in, also software which has been
opened and or installed on a computer. Unless the item is faulty
There is no charge for withdrawing an order,
as long as the item has not been dispatched. If it has been dispatched and you
wish to send back for no other reason but you have changed your mind on the
purchase, you will be charged a delivery charge and a restocking fee (15% of the
purchase price) unless its a special order then no return can be made any

are bound to keep all name, address and card details secret, and to not disclose
them to a third party. We also help protect you with our online security
measures, ensuring that details do not fall into the wrong hands. To this end we
take security very seriously and go to great lengths to protect all your
details.
Our website also features Secure
Encryption. This ensures that your card details are scrambled and cannot be
intercepted. When entering key information, including name and address, a
padlock will display in the bottom of your browser, giving you piece of mind
that things are secure.
Your email address is vital to
ensure that our service is prompt, and you are informed of the progress of your
order. Your email address may also be used for product updates, special offer
bulletins, website updates, etc. It will be kept private, and you may remove
your email address from our mailing lists by contacting sales@think-electro.co.uk.
We will endeavour to provide an
efficient service. Please be aware that any orders placed after 2:00pm are not
guaranteed to be processed until the next working day.
